Located in the heart of Encino and acquired in 2016. TriStar acquired this strategic site knowing very well that it would be an integral part of Encino life. The 1.8 acre site is situated in a densely populated part of Encino. TriStar was able to successfully design the project to allow for a 40,000 sf gym with 350 parking spaces in a fully subterranean parking garage located at the rear of the properties.
