DESCRIPTION :

A state-of-the-art 10,000sf imaging center located near Saint Bernadine’s Hospital; this old restaurant was primed for redevelopment. Prior to TriStar Realty Group’s involvement this old abandoned restaurant had consistent issues with transients and breakins. Upon acquiring the site, TriStar immediately broke ground to create the project you see today. The entire structure was striped down to the bare bones and rebuilt including new roof framing to allow for high ceilings, new electrical system, new mechanical equipment, all new plumbing and landscaping. The project has created a huge need for high profile employment positions in an area which was once lacking such employees. The site is over parked and has done a magnificent job at bringing a new energy to Highland Avenue.
